Week 4 Blog 4 - Free Write
So my next blog is going to be about the media talking crap about Jessica Simpson. I am sorry but this is just stupid, and ridiculous. She is in no way fat or even close to it. I cannot believe what the media is saying about her. I mean if they are saying that she is fat then what are the people that are normal like her in our society thinking about themselves. I went to an all girl school and there where times when I would go to the bathroom and I would here girls throwing up in the bathroom. TOday there are young girls under so much pressure, and what do they think when they see someone normal and healthy like Jessica Simpson being called fat, they are going to think that they are fat. That is horrible. Why the media thinks that they have the write to go in and attack some ones life for no reason. The one thing I have heard that I like is there are a lot of news programs and famous people like her ex-husband that are saying that she is not fat and the inquires are ridiculous which is good that there are some many people attacking the people that attacked Jessica Simpson, I guess there might be a little good left in the media... who knows it will be different next week I am sure

You are so right. There are way too many accusations when someone takes a picture of a celeb. from a bad angle. Honestly if she is healthy who cares what she looks like. Girls are under too much pressure and i know from personal experience what kind of trauma the pressure of being thin can put on a girl.
ReplyDeleteI was shocked when I saw that they were calling her fat. I am obsessed with celebrity news shows and that was the big story for numerous days in a row. That is so sad that that's what makes headline news now a days.
